A.K.M. Belaluddin son of Late Al-haj Mustafizur Rahman of Village Falgunkara, P.O. & P.S. Chauddagram, Comilla. He started carrier in his elder brother’s Construction Company named Bengal Construction Limited as a Director. Then he left for U.S.A. and started Ship Chartering Business having his own Office in World Trade Center-1. He used to handle PL-480 of US Government & also exported tyre cord to Bangladesh. Due to our home sickness he used to visit our country frequently. But in one state he decided to permanently return to Bangladesh. Then he founded Real Estate Company named Oscar Apartments Ltd., and began to build Apartments which was a new conception in those days in Bangladesh. It is worth mentioning that my Company developed handful of real estate projects, namely lands owned by Mr. Kafil Uddin Mahmood, Secretary, Abul Khair, Secretary, Mr. Mahbub Kabir, Secretary, Mr. Ismat Chowdhury, Member of Parliament, Major General Asma Amin, Bangladesh etc. etc.
